Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes within a growing software development company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment & talent sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain and update candidate & employee databases
  • Support onboarding and documentation process
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Help in HR reports, attendance tracking, and basic HR operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA Any relevant degree (HR preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes & recruitment
  • Good communication skills (English; regional language is a plus)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior
