Job Summary

We are looking for a Passionate HR Intern to join our Calicut office. This role is ideal for candidates who want to begin their career in Human Resources and gain hands on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality.
