About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation process.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and communication.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide support in performance management and training coordination.
• Assist HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
