Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi

Duration: 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, etc.)

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel

• Support the onboarding process for new hires

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across job boards

• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events

• Provide support in documentation, HR operations, and record keeping

• Conduct initial HR screening calls (if applicable)

• Assist with performance tracking and attendance management

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field (BBA, MBA, etc.)
