Job Title: HR Intern Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi Duration: 6 months Stipend: 5000 Company: Red Earth Education and Migration About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel Support the onboarding process for new hires Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across job boards Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events Provide support in documentation, HR operations, and record keeping Conduct initial HR screening calls (if applicable) Assist with performance tracking and attendance management Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and in a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Educational Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field (BBA, MBA, etc.) Perks and Benefits: Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional environment Exposure to national and international hiring processes How to Apply: Send your updated resume to : Sourcing.specialist@redearthmigration.com.au with the subject line: Application for HR Intern – [Your Name] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
