Job Position : HR Intern

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location : Saibaba Colony, CBE

Experience : Fresher - 2 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Sourcing and screening resumes from job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
• Communicating with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
• Supporting onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
• Performing other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
