Internship Overview

Recruitment Intern

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

Use LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and Boolean searches to find potential candidates.
Reach out to passive candidates via email, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future roles.

Screening & Shortlisting

Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
Assess candidate fit based on job requirements and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Recruitment Coordination

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
Maintain accurate records in our
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding processes.

Market Research & Client Support

Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Assist recruiters in preparing client reports and talent mapping.
Support employer branding efforts (social media, job fairs, referral programs).
