Job Title: Hr Intern

Location: 301-305 DHIRAJ SONS RICHMOND PLAZA 3RD FLOOR B/S SWASTIK MILESTONE VESU , SURAT.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary: As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in various functions including screening, recruitment coordination, employee engagement and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for CRM, CRE, and other internal roles.

● Coordinate interviews and meetings with talents, staff, and clients.

● Help maintain HR databases, records, and employee files.

● Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship letters, and offer letters.

● Support onboarding process and orientation for new joiners and interns.

● Assist in creating and posting job openings on social media and job portals.

Requirements

● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Freshers and experience both are welcomed

● Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).

● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

● Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

● Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
