About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Maintain and update HR databases and records
Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees
Support in employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Handle confidential employee information with integrity

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR concepts and functions
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
