Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records
  • Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees
  • Support in employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
  • Handle confidential employee information with integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and functions
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
