Requirements Proven experience as Commis I or similar role in an Indian curry kitchen. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Education & Experience Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Indian curry section in hotels or fine dining restaurants.
