Job Description

Dazzles Studio, Mysuru is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition process. The intern will play a key role in screening applicants, conducting telephonic/basic rounds of interviews, and coordinating interviews with management.

If you are someone who is organized, confident on calls, and eager to build a strong foundation in HR, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Screen and shortlist suitable candidates from various job platforms.
Conduct telephonic/basic HR rounds with applicants to assess fit.
Schedule interviews with department heads/management based on availability.
Maintain candidate data and update records on internal trackers.
Coordinate follow-ups and reminder calls/messages for scheduled interviews.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment tasks and communication.

Requirements

Good communication skills (English/Kannada preferred).
Confident and clear telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.

Timings: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
