Job Title: HR Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Growth India is a fast-growing organization committed to empowering businesses through strategic solutions and innovative practices. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support our HR department in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities
• Assist in drafting HR-related documents and reports
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to HR functions

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
• Ability to work from our office in Okhla Phase 2
