Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Noida Sector-90
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 5k
Reports to: Sr. HR Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on HR experience and exposure to various projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain HR records and databases.
• Support employee engagement events and HR initiatives.
• Prepare offer letters and HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
