Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and reports
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
Organize employee engagement and team-building activities
Assist in drafting HR policies and standard procedures
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
