Job Description

Location: Delhi, India Experience: 4+ Years Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Connect24 and FI Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in CBC, Uniser, and Financial Interface (FI) support and maintenance. This is a Level 2 (L2) role requiring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless operations and high availability of critical banking channels. Key Responsibilities: Debugging and resolution of issues related to CBC, Uniser, and FI Configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of CBC and FI systems Analyzing server and application logs to identify and resolve issues Monitoring channels for transaction declines and performing necessary corrections Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across applications Performing regular application monitoring, management, and support to maintain high uptime Executing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to keep server and device utilization within defined thresholds Coordinating with stakeholders to support smooth operations and ensure business continuity Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Connect24, CBC, FI, and related systems Strong understanding of channel infrastructure in banking/financial environments Experience with log analysis , issue diagnostics, and resolution Proven ability to work under pressure and manage high-impact production environments Excellent communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking or BFSI domain Exposure to Finacle environments and related integrations Prior experience in disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
