Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day activities and contribute to ongoing HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job openings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Provide support in HR policy implementation and compliance
• Handle general HR-related administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
