About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management.

You will work closely with the HR and leadership teams to support daily operations and contribute to building a strong and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires and interns.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Support performance tracking, data management, and feedback collection.
• Draft and circulate HR policies, announcements, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with internal departments for attendance, payroll, and compliance support.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / BBA (HR specialization preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
