HR Intern/ HR Executive

Job Title - HR Intern Organization - Amor Hospitals Job Summary The HR Intern at Amor Hospitals will support the Human Resources department in recruitment coordination, employee induction, HR MIS maintenance, and attendance management. The role provides practical exposure to hospital HR operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles Coordinate interviews with department heads, consultants, and HR team Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records Support offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation Induction & Onboarding Assist in organizing employee induction programs as per hospital protocols Prepare induction schedules, joining kits, and ID access coordination Ensure completion of statutory and hospital-specific documents Coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding of new hires HR MIS (Management Information System) Maintain and update employee master data and HR databases Prepare HR reports related to manpower, recruitment status, and attendance Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies Support monthly HR reporting and audits Attendance & Leave Management Maintain daily attendance records for hospital staff Track shift rosters, leaves, and absenteeism Coordinate attendance data with payroll team Address basic employee queries related to attendance and leave Required Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources Basic understanding of HR processes, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools Skills & Competencies Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to handle confidential information Willingness to learn hospital HR operations Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Internship Details Duration: 6 months Location: Amor Hospitals (On-site) Stipend: Rs.15000/- per month
