HR Intern

As an HR Intern at our company, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources team, supporting various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers a great opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction programs. - Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
