Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews with clients and candidates, ensuring timely and efficient communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze job requirements, identify suitable candidates, and troubleshoot recruitment challenges. Proactive and results-driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving recruitment targets.
