Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Iskcon, Ahmedabad
Stipend: Upto 10,000
Time: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to support our HR team across various functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR activities, making it an excellent opportunity to learn and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.Help in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and files.Provide support in compliance documentation, and HR reports.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR events.Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including communication, coordination, and administrative support.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools.A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn mindset.
