Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
  • Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
  • Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.
  • Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
  • Scheduling Interviews and Following-up with candidates.
  • Sourcing Screening of candidates through Job Portals.
  • Arranging conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
  • Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.

Requirement:

  • Candidate should be good with communication skills
  • Candidate should have their own system/ laptop
  • Candidate with recruitment experience will be an advant

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
