Circle CBG India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Fertilizer Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our fertilizers to agricultural clients/ farmers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Candidates should have their own vehicle (bike, scotty or any other 2 wheeler) Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Promotion: - Actively promote and sell the company's fertilizer products to agricultural customers / farmers. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing Farmers while expanding the customer base. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with customers to understand their specific fertilizer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Product Knowledge: - Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company's fertilizer products. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the advantages of our products. 4. Market Analysis: - Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotional activities. Qualifications and Skills: - Graduation is compulsory - preference Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field / general B.Sc. - experience in agricultural sales, preferably in fertilizer or related products. - Strong understanding of marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-oriented - Proficient in using MS Office applications.
