Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate assessments, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting onboarding.
Support Industrial Relations: assist in employee engagement, handle queries, maintain employee records, and help ensure compliance with company policies.
Help with daily HR administrative tasks, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
