Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Recruitment Support:

o Posting job openings on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.

o Screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.

o Coordinating and scheduling interviews (phone, virtual, in-person).

o Assisting in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.

o Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and completing paperwork.

· HR Administration and Documentation:

o Maintaining and updating employee records and databases (e.g., contact details, employment forms, leave records).

o Filing HR documents accurately and ensuring confidentiality.

· Learning and Development:

o Gaining knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., labor legislation, anti-discrimination laws).

o Participating in HR team meetings and learning from experienced professionals.

o Conducting research on HR best practices.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

· Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Strong organizational and time management abilities.

o Attention to detail and accuracy.

o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

o Strong interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor.

o Proactive and eager to learn.

o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

o Problem-solving capabilities.

Reporting Structure:

Typically reports to an HR Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
