Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and retention to fostering a positive work environment and building corporate relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition (Hiring):
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in in-person interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track application status.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

Talent Retention:

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, including gathering feedback and tracking progress.
  • Contribute to employee recognition programs and events.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and retention.

Corporate Relations:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as universities, recruitment agencies, and community organizations.
  • Support employer branding efforts by participating in career fairs and other networking events.
  • Assist in organizing company events and initiatives that promote a positive company image.

Office Environment:

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive office environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to HR, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
  • Support internal communication efforts.
  • Assist with organizing company events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and talent management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
