Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express. Build and manage efficient data storage and retrieval systems using Redis. Deploy and manage applications on the AWS cloud platform, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and explore opportunities to integrate new and innovative solutions, including leveraging AI tools for development and problem-solving. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. Work effectively within a small, collaborative team, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision. Potentially contribute to the development of mobile applications using React Native (knowledge in this area is a plus). Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Exceptional proficiency in React for building dynamic user interfaces.
