Description
Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express. Build and manage efficient data storage and retrieval systems using Redis. Deploy and manage applications on the AWS cloud platform, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and explore opportunities to integrate new and innovative solutions, including leveraging AI tools for development and problem-solving. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies. Work effectively within a small, collaborative team, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision. Potentially contribute to the development of mobile applications using React Native (knowledge in this area is a plus). Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Exceptional proficiency in React for building dynamic user interfaces. Strong expertise in Next.js for server-side rendering and building scalable web applications. Solid understanding and practical experience with Node.js for back-end development. Proven ability to develop robust APIs using Express . Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and data management. Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) , including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, etc. Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative ( self-sufficient ). A proactive mindset with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools and resources to enhance productivity and problem-solving. Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of React Native for cross-platform mobile application development. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with agile development methodologies. Exposure to database technologies like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
