Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for education and a proven track record in the edtech space? We're a dynamic edtech firm looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated EdTech Sales Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach, connecting with potential clients, and showcasing the value of our innovative educational solutions. We're seeking someone with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our edtech products/services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, administrators, and educators.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to our product development and marketing teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in the edtech industry is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the educational landscape and the challenges faced by institutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • A tenacious and persistent approach to sales, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Compensation Structure:

  • First 90 Days (Probationary Period): This is an unpaid probationary period. During this time, you will receive a flat 20% commission on each successful sale.
  • After 90 Days: Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be offered a base salary of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, plus a 12% commission on each successful sale.
