Job Description

🔧 Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Web Developer who is equally strong in both MERN Stack and core front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS). You’ll be responsible for building modern, responsive web applications — from UI design to backend logic — and everything in between. 🛠️ What You'll Work On: Developing responsive websites and single-page applications Creating custom UI with pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS (no over-reliance on frameworks) Building and maintaining full-stack apps using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js Writing and integrating RESTful APIs Collaborating with designers and backend teams Optimizing for performance, accessibility, and SEO ✅ You Should Have: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), JavaScript (ES6+) Deep understanding of React.js with state management (Redux/Zustand/Context) Experience with Node.js and Express backend development Good knowledge of MongoDB (or any NoSQL database) Ability to convert Figma or design files into responsive UIs Familiarity with Git, terminal, and deployment workflows Bonus: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Next.js, or integrating third-party APIs
