Position: HR Intern
Stipend: ₹5,000/month

Working Days: [ Monday to Sat / 6 days a week]
Timings: [ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM]

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our Human Resources department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews)
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Help with onboarding and induction of new hires
• Support daily HR operations and documentation
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with different departments as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
