Please share your CV on sv11@svmanagement.com Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Head of HR to lead the organizations human resource function. This role will oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, training & development, and administrative HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations Drive organizational culture, team building, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with the institute’s values Manage performance appraisal systems and support leadership in goal setting and talent development Design and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and workplace practices Oversee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment Handle HR documentation, employee records, contracts, and HR audits Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and support resource planning Ensure adherence to HR-related statutory and organizational compliance Coordinate training programs for staff development and institutional capacity building Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in education, cultural, non-profit, or service sectors Knowledge of HRMS tools, labor laws, and best HR practices Fluency in English and Marathi is required Candidates from Pune or nearby locations are preferred
