Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience: More than 12 years in the Automobile Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the Human Resources function at our automobile manufacturing unit in Roorkee. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws.

Design and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.

Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

More than 12 years of HR experience in the automobile industry.

Proven leadership skills in handling large teams.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
