Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for assisting with HR management, talent management and onboarding tasks. Day-to-day tasks include supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and contributing to the onboarding department. Qualifications Strong understanding of Recruitment Life Cycle. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office applications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
