HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist with 1 year of experience, you have the opportunity to join a growing IT company in Bhubaneswar. Your role will involve supporting daily HR operations and contributing to various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will also be involved in supporting employee onboarding and orientation processes, maintaining employee records and HR databases, handling employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives and policies. Additionally, you will play a role in coordinating employee engagement and welfare activities, supporting performance management and appraisal processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for HR-related requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or related HR role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for effective performance in this position.
