Key Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding).

· Maintain employee records and HR database.

· Support in payroll processing and attendance management.

· Assist in employee engagement activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

· Coordinate training and development programs.

· Provide support in performance management process.

· Address employee queries and grievances.

Requirements:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

· 2–5 years of HR experience (with strong exposure to recruitment).
