Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE ROLE : HR GENERALIST

LOCATED IN : T.NAGAR

SALARY RANGE : 25K - 30K

MALE CANDIDATES ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage hiring process, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and help new employees settle in.
Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Payroll & Attendance – Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Compliance & Policies – Ensure company HR policies are updated and followed as per labor laws.
Performance Management – Assist in performance appraisals, track employee progress, and support managers with evaluations.
Training & Development – Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
HR Administration – Maintain employee records, HR reports, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
