Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Handle employee lifecycle management: induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct performance management processes and support managers with appraisals.
Address employee grievances, engagement activities, and drive positive work culture.
Maintain and update HR reports, databases, and documentation.
Master s/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
