HR Generalist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.

• Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

HR Generalist

• Handle employee lifecycle management: induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

• Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Conduct performance management processes and support managers with appraisals.

• Address employee grievances, engagement activities, and drive positive work culture.

• Maintain and update HR reports, databases, and documentation.

Requirements

• Master s/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
