HR Generalist

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and comprehensive HR operations . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities HR Operations: Handle employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and background verification processes. Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for various roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers. Ensure seamless candidate experience and timely closure of positions. Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience in with a mix of recruitment and HR operations. Strong expertise in bulk and niche hiring. Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, and compliance. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
