The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BGV companies, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at handling client queries, ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient background verification process. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate verification reports. Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Screeningstar Solutions services. Monitor industry trends and client needs to recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards in all verification activities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests. Requirements: 1 to 4 years of experience in a Background Verification (BGV) company. Strong knowledge of BGV processes, compliance, and industry standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and report generation. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach. bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
