Job Title : HR Generalist Experience : 8+ years Location : Mohali/Gurugram Work Mode : Office-based About Pearce Global Services : Pearce Global Services is a leading provider of innovative business solutions. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, including project management, employee engagement, and learning and development (L&D). Key Responsibilities : Project Management : Lead and manage HR-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Employee Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention. Learning and Development (L&D) : Oversee the design, delivery, and tracking of L&D programs to support talent development and business objectives. HR Strategy and Compliance : Partner with leadership to address HR needs and drive initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Performance Management : Manage the performance review process and guide employee development and progression. Qualifications : 8+ years of experience in HR, focusing on project management, engagement, and L&D. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
