Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, and strategically minded individual to join our team as a Business Strategy & Insights Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Strategy & Solutions Engineer to support all aspects of business reviews, customer presentations, and strategic business development efforts. You will assist in creating high-impact presentation decks, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights and trends from operational data, and offer strategic support during business development and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: •Presentation & Documentation Support • Assist in designing and preparing professional, data-rich presentation decks for Monthly Operational Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Internal Strategy Meetings. • Translate complex datasets into clean, visually compelling charts, tables, and infographics. • Draft clear narratives and content for executive presentations based on input from stakeholders and data insights. • Maintain past decks and templates organized for quick access and updates. Data Analysis & Insight Generation • Analyse performance data from multiple regions to identify trends, KPI misses, and improvement opportunities. • Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to be presented during internal and customer-facing reviews. • Provide monthly and quarterly performance result charts to support business decisions. What We're Looking For: Core Competencies: • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Ability to convert raw data into actionable insights and business narratives. • Proficient in PowerPoint (or equivalent) and able to create polished executive-level slides. • Good understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and performance management in a service delivery or telecom/engineering environment. • Familiarity with business development processes and stakeholder alignment strategies. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Excel, and basic data manipulation. • Hands-on with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization software. • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. • Basic understanding of telecom/wireline/wireless operations is a plus. Soft Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication. • Proactive, self-starter attitude with high ownership. • Collaborative and comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : • Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields. • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy support, customer success, or technical pre-sales. • Experience working in telecom, infrastructure, or engineering services is highly desirable.
