HR Generalist

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR activities. This role will support both site and office operations focusing on recruitment statutory compliance
• Payroll attendance employee welfare and engagement.
• The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between management and workforce while promoting legal compliance and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management Compile payroll inputs including attendance OT leave and bonus details Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for timely salary processing Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions (PF
• ESI TDS PT) Handle salary-related employee queries and distribute pays lips Maintain wage registers as per compliance requirements Statutory Compliance Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (PF
• ESI Bonus Gratuity CLRA BOCW
• etc.)
• Maintain statutory registers and coordinate with contractors for compliance data Prepare and submit statutory returns within deadlines Facilitate labor inspections audits
• and legal documentation Track licenses and permits for various sites (as per Shops & Establishment Act Factory Act)
• Recruitment &Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical
