Foster a positive and productive organizational culture. ❖ CSR and Fundraising: Develop and manage strategic CSR partnerships with corporate entities to secure funding and support for the foundation’s initiatives. Lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor engagement, and organizing fundraising events. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance fundraising opportunities. ❖ Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders. Coordinate external communications and public relations efforts in collaboration with the communications team. Support the CEO in fundraising and development activities. Administrative Support: Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements for the CEO. Manage budgets and financial reports for the executive office. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
