Key Responsibilities: ❖ Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement the organizations strategic plan. Ensure all departments align with the strategic objectives and monitor progress against goals. Prepare regular progress reports for the CEO and the board of directors. Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing critical insights and strategic recommendations. Facilitate decision-making by preparing comprehensive briefing materials, reports, and presentations. Represent the CEO at meetings and events as required. ❖ Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the executive office, ensuring efficient workflow and communication. Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments and with external stakeholder. Implement and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Team Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and the senior leadership team, promoting effective communication and collaboration. Organize and lead senior leadership meetings, setting agendas and ensuring follow-up on action items. Foster a positive and productive organizational culture. ❖ CSR and Fundraising: Develop and manage strategic CSR partnerships with corporate entities to secure funding and support for the foundation’s initiatives. Lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor engagement, and organizing fundraising events. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance fundraising opportunities. ❖ Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders. Coordinate external communications and public relations efforts in collaboration with the communications team. Support the CEO in fundraising and development activities. Administrative Support: Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements for the CEO. Manage budgets and financial reports for the executive office. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ▪ At least 7-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the NGO sector. ▪ Proven experience in CSR and fundraising, with a strong network of corporate and donor relationships. ▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. ▪ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
