HR Generalist

• Recruitment and Onboarding:Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Performance Management:Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee goal setting.
• Compensation and Benefits:Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Training and Development:Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
• Compliance:Enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• HR Policies and Procedures:Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, and ensuring they are communicated effectively.
• Employee Engagement:Monitoring employee morale and company culture, and developing initiatives to improve engagement.
• HRIS Management:Utilizing and maintaining HR information systems to manage employee data and generate reports.
• Strategic HR:Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
