Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.

Track and report on key HR metrics (leave, attendance, etc.).

Respond to employee inquiries and concerns via email or chat.

Support performance review cycles remotely.

Travel Coordination - Book flights, hotels, etc. for business travel.

Visa Application Support - Guide employees through visa requirements and timelines; coordinate with external agencies; collect and submit necessary documentation; track application status and follow up on delays; maintain records of visa types, expiration dates, and renewals.

Post job listings and manage applicant tracking systems.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Prepare offer letters and onboarding packets.

Conduct new hire orientation (policies, culture, workplace tour).

Ensure smooth integration of employees into teams.

Act as the first point of contact for employee questions/issues.

Handle audits and ensure documentation accuracy.

Handle housekeeping - ensure office cleanliness and adherence to workplace etiquette

Oversee pantry, restroom, and common area standards.

Organize employee engagement activities (festivals, team building, etc.)

Manage resignation and exit interview processes - coordinate clearance (IT, admin, finance).
