Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Morbi. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Daily tasks include conducting recruitment processes, handling employee relations, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR programs. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective communication between staff and management.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
