Using condition monitoring systems (vibration analysis, thermal imaging, etc.). Applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology. 🧠 Root Cause Analysis & Downtime Reduction Performing in-depth RCA for line stoppages and equipment failure. Implementing corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence. Reducing unplanned downtime using lean maintenance tools . 🧑🔧 Team & Shift Management Leading a multi-shift maintenance team across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation domains. Ensuring smooth installation, FAT/SAT , and validation of new machinery. 🧑💻 Automation & CMMS Usage Operating and optimizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems .
