Job Description

About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist & Admin to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions in HR and Administration, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:


  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, induction, exits).
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and interviews.
  • Manage payroll processing including salary inputs, attendance, leave management, reimbursements, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and HRMS database.
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.


Administration


  • Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory.
  • Handle travel, event coordination, and general office support.
  • Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and a positive work environment.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, HR practices, policies, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information.
