Compliance Officer cum Company Secretary

Job Description:- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage legal compliance, regulatory filings, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in handling compliance and secretarial functions, preferably in fintech or financial services. Key Responsibilities: Ensure end-to-end compliance with applicable laws including MCA, RBI, NABARD regulations, IT/Labour Laws, and Data Protection norms. Manage company secretarial responsibilities, including maintenance of statutory records, board meetings, minutes, and filings. Draft, review, and maintain legal and regulatory documentation. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly. Serve as a point of contact for legal, audit, and compliance-related queries. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely filings and submissions. Qualifications: Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory. LLB or equivalent legal qualification – Preferred. 1–2 years of relevant experience in compliance and secretarial roles. Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks (MCA, RBI, NABARD, etc.). Excellent communication and documentation skills.
